The Construction Method
Base
Each cabin is built on a 150x50 timber floating base, allowing airflow beneath the structure and supported by reinforced galvanized feet set in concrete for enhanced stability.
Walls
The walls are constructed from 100x50 stud framing, reinforced with 11mm OSB for added strength. They’re wrapped in a breathable membrane and counter-battened, providing a solid foundation for the cladding.
Roof
The roof features 150x50 timber rafters, topped with 18mm OSB, and finished with a durable anthracite grey EPDM rubber membrane and matching trim for a sleek, weather-resistant finish.
Doors & Windows
Each cabin comes with one anthracite grey UPVC window and a set of anthracite grey UPVC French doors. The window can be either a floor-to-ceiling fixed pane or a smaller opening style, depending on your preference. Additional windows and upgraded doors are available at an extra cost.
Insulation
• Floor: 100mm PIR sheet insulation
• Walls & Ceiling: Cavity slab insulation ensures your cabin stays cosy year-round, maintaining a comfortable temperature and reducing energy costs.
Wall & Floor Finishes
• Flooring: A 22mm moisture-resistant chipboard base, topped with 12mm laminate flooring and finished with 100mm skirting, provides a durable and stylish surface.
• Walls: Plasterboard with a smooth plaster skim coat, finished in white trade-quality paint, offers a clean, modern aesthetic.
Premium Electrical Pack
Each cabin is equipped with our premium electrical pack, which includes:
• 4 downlights
• 2 exterior up/down lights
• 1 double switch
• 4 double sockets
• 1 Herschel infrared heater (wall or ceiling mounted)
• 1 consumer unit
All fittings are white, with exterior lights available in grey or black. If there is no power source on-site, we can install an armoured cable supply from your home’s fuse box at an additional cost, based on distance. Extra electrical fittings or upgrades can be added as needed.
Cladding Options
Choose from a variety of premium cladding options to suit your style and budget, including House Grade and Black Barn feather edge, pressure-treated shiplap, tongue and groove, or upgrade to Thermowood, Cedar, or Composite cladding for a more premium finish.

We offer a wide range of additional features, from decking areas and lockable storage compartments to covered verandas and fitted cabinets. If you have something specific in mind, we’ll work with you to create your ideal space.
